Keith Bradford started the firm Bradford & Co. in 1991. Keith, who was educated in South Africa, came to Perth more than 20 years ago. The firm started as a small suburban based legal practice in Applecross. Bradford & Co. grew quickly servicing the whole West Australian community in personal injury claims.
Still located in Applecross, Bradford & Co. has up to 20 support staff and has a well structured team of lawyers designed to finalise personal injury claims seriously and accurately.
Our team has extensive legal experience in the area of personal injury.
Keith Bradford personally has almost 30 years experience in personal injury litigation. He works as the firm’s inhouse and special Counsel. In other words, he conducts the trials in the District Court on behalf of clients of Bradford & Co. and also conducts Supreme Court appeals where necessary before the Court of Appeal which usually comprises of 3 Judges.
Keith has won more than 80% of the trials conducted by him on behalf of clients of the firm and also has a greater than 80% success rate in the Court of Appeal. It is the firm’s style for Keith to personally see all prospective new clients, advise them initially, set up the procedure for their claims to be seriously, accurately and successfully dealt with.
Angus Castley and Tim Heard are solictors who are both educated in Western Australia and have been members of this firm for more than 10 years each. They both have considerable experience and handle workers’ compensation and motor vehicle injury claims. Tim and Angus deal personally with each matter to ensure the best possible result is achieved for their clients.

Lian Hall is a solicitor. Lian Hall who initially qualified as a Lawyer 16 years ago in South Africa has been with Bradford & Co. for 4 years. Lian manages the medical negligence section of Bradford & Co. and deals personally with the clients of the firm.
Jennifer Craig graduated from Murdoch University and is a solictor and has been with the firm for 6 years. Jennifer manages all types of claims including public liability and claims for dependants of a deceased person who are entitled to compensation
Kelvin Tan is a very experienced Barrister and Solicitor who consults to the firm on technical and strategical planning of cases.
Peter Lotter qualified as an Attorney in South Africa in 1989. Peter has developed considerable experience over the last 7 years in workers’ compensation advocacy. Peter appears personally for the clients of the firm before the Workers’ Compensation Tribunal (WorkCover).
All in all the combined affect of the services of Bradford & Co. have managed to successfully conclude in excess of 2000 claims.
